The Omega Gents program is lead by Kenneth Lear and James Walker.

Kenneth Lear is a Director for AT&T, Real Estate Planning, Design & Construction. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from St. Mary’s College and a Bachelors of Science in Engineering Technology, Grambling State University. Lear has been a member of Omega Psi Phi since June 1990.

James Walker is the Project Director of ETR Associates. Walker holds a bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies and Urban Planning from University of California, Berkeley. He has been a member of Omega Psi Phi since December 1994.
